Turning ideas into reality
Only by developing a compact and powerful ceramic coil can we successfully create the world's thinnest vape cartridge solution. To this end, FEELM mobilized more than 500 scientists and spent more than 2,500 days of research and development to finally create the ideal heating device.
FEELM overcame a number of technical challenges during its development, most of which stemmed from the need for better performance and the limited space available in devices due to its 7.5mm thickness.
Most importantly, since the e-liquid and heater already occupy a certain space, it is very challenging to design a smooth airflow channel in such a compact cartridge. Therefore, FEELM used computational fluid dynamics to optimize its airflow channel structure.
Furthermore, FEELM places higher demands on the molding technology of its ultra-thin biomimetic thin-film ceramic coil. FEELM Air utilizes nanoscale vacuum film-forming technology to achieve a more uniform distribution of the ceramic coil heating film. It also boasts the world's first seven-layer composite heating film made from biomimetic materials, with each layer enhancing its corresponding function.
In order to adapt to the compact space, FEELM also worked with suppliers to create the world's smallest linear motor with an ultra-long life of 150 million times, thereby promoting technological innovation in the supply chain.
FEELM Air also features the industry's first super power management system, "TOPOWER™," enabling 8 hours of battery life after just 10 minutes of charging. Compared to the previous generation, FEELM Air boasts a 20% increase in energy density and a 30% increase in battery life. More importantly, overall harm reduction performance is improved by up to 80%.

Vape industry changer
